Owing
to our location in the centre of Blackpool, many of our Clients are associated
with the leisure industry, including both corporate and individual organisations.
The practice has built up a wealth of experience of working with teams supplying
the leisure industry. We are fully aware of the demands of working to tight
programmes to meet opening dates, which involves the need to make quick decisions
with regard to structural alterations and changes as work progresses.
As a result of our involvement with the leisure industry, we have undertaken
many refurbishment projects, for example where former cinemas' had been turned
into alternative venues.
We have extensive experience of hotel work, including new build construction,
such as the £1.5m extension to the Almond Brook Motel, Wigan. Our Clients include
Stakis plc., Queens Moat House plc., Choice Hotels Ltd., First Leisure and Northern

In addition to working for the larger Clients, we have also undertaken works
at virtually every major hotel in Blackpool and St.Annes including the Imperial
Hotel, The Stakis (formerly Pembroke), The Savoy, The Clifton Arms, The Claremont,
The Cliffs, The Lyndene, The St.Ives and we are currently working on a complete
overhaul and structural alterations at the Craigavon Hotel on Clifton Drive,
St.Annes.
